Whenever I need to feel instantly more confident, I reach for Alien. It is the definition of an assertive feminine scent. The Wood note is prominent and grounding, balancing the intense white Jasmine perfectly. It’s elegant, strong, and lasts all day without needing a touch-up. A definite high-quality perfume.
Alien is liquid gold in the winter months. The deep, rich Amber is so enveloping and comforting. It has an incredible projection, creating a sensual 'scent bubble' that turns heads in the best way. It’s a perfect Floral & Woody blend that makes you feel powerful and mysterious.
I used to adore this scent; it was a beast. However, the bottle I bought recently feels much lighter and lacks the creamy, dense quality of the original. It still has the gorgeous Jasmine and Wood notes, but the longevity is only a few hours now, which is very disappointing for an Eau de Parfum.
I received a sample and was so excited, but this scent just does not work with my chemistry. It smells very metallic and synthetic on me, almost like disinfectant mixed with overly sweet Jasmine. I wish I got the beautiful Amber dry-down others talk about, but it's just too sharp.
This is my signature scent for a reason. The Jasmine is enormous, radiant, and intoxicating, not like a soft garden floral, but a powerful, otherworldly bloom. It dries down to a mysterious, cozy warmth with the Amber and Wood that lasts over 12 hours on my skin. It's a true statement perfume and a compliment magnet.
